Operational Efficiency: Leverage data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma) to optimize service delivery. P&L and Budget Management: Drive revenue growth through service contract renewals and upselling opportunities while managing operational costs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to enhance the customer experience and improve service response times.
