Andy has worked in retail for over 25 years holding senior roles in Security, Loss Prevention and Retail Operations, having left the police service as a Detective with West Yorkshire Police. Starting out in retail as a Regional Security Manager at Dixons Stores Group Andy later headed up the Loss Prevention functions at Morrisons and HMV as well as a role as Head of Operations at Fopp.Andy has also worked as a consultant with Hatmill focussing on supply chain and inventory operations and is retained to provide support and direction to a global luxury fashion house.More recently Andy has also taken up roles working with the global market leading IP security manufacturer Axis Communication, HikVision and Morphean SA providing advice to retail end customers regarding security technology strategy and cloud based IoT applications within retail.
