Responsible for design and delivery of effective employee communication/engagement campaigns including messaging, using effective and innovative communication channels for target audiences, including dispersed employees such as operatives working on the highways network). Deliver BAU communications channels while devising new ways of engaging with target audiences • Develop and deliver project/programme communications plans/campaigns that enable stakeholder engagement with strategic partners, supply chain partners, industry bodies and parent company communications teams • Liaise with parent company/RJ Contract/Supply Chain Partners/Industry bodies to share best practice/positive stories/reputation management/PR and Press• Knowledge of best practice, innovative and creative approaches to communications • Maintain communications and relations within a complex and political stakeholder environment • Work at a senior level to influence and negotiate where necessary• Proven ability in delivering communications strategies and plans to meet business need
