ABOUT ANDY GEORGE
I am a driven individual with a proven track record working within the construction and sales industry. This has allowed me to develop close relationships within varied sectors, networking with individuals and companies alike.Growing up in the hospitality industry set me up well in terms of hard work ethics, and you get out of it what you put in!I moved into sales within hospitality for the family business and then moved into construction where I cut my teeth on site and worked across multiple trades, progressing into a site management role. This stood me in good stead for a career in construction recruitment, where I gained valuable experience working very closely with main contractors and subcontractors alike. My approach was not typical for the industry as I\'d prefer to partner with the clients, working closely at management and director level to understand exactly what their requirements were.I set up my own building company which has been developed in a similar vain, working closely with private and commercial clients across various sectors of industry. I appoint likeminded individuals and subcontractors and undertake multiple projects with varying project values, indicative of the particular sector that the work is in, whether it be domestic building works, groundworks, fit out or M&E.In September 2020 I was approached by a client re Airocide, which was totally unknown to me at that time. It didn\'t take me very long to get on board, as this NASA technology in my view is the best in the world at killing Viruses, VOC\'s Pathagens, Mould and so forth. As a team we have set up the UK and Ireland distributing arm for Airocide, and launched in January 2021. I honestly feel privileged that am part of a business that does so much good for the quality of the air that we breath, and all of the individuals and businesses that this range of products can be beneficial for!With the strong management and delivery teams we have at both GBA and Gravity Air (Airocide UK), I am as committed as ever to go over and above for clients and individuals alike.
