As a Business Manager at BRG, I work closely with the CEO to support the implementation of the group’s strategy to drive growth of our multi-brand restaurant portfolio. Strengthening operations across the business, identifying and implementing systems and processes that enhance culture, efficiency, and sustainability. My focus is on ensuring consistent business performance while maintaining exceptional service standards for our guests. A key part of my role is collaborating with our franchise team & partners to expand the reach of our brands internationally, ensuring consistency, quality, and long-term success.Key responsibilities:Supporting the CEO in executing strategic initiatives across the groupDriving growth and development of multiple restaurant brands within the portfolioAcquiring & implementing new systems, whilst removing current systems where not needed, to improve culture, processes, and operational efficiencyEnsuring long-term sustainability and profitability through innovation and continuous improvementPartnering with franchise businesses to expand the brands worldwideChampioning service excellence and guest experience at every level of the business
