The Global Partner Solutions Manager is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration and robust deployment of connectivity solutions between Reed & Mackay and our partner agencies not utilizing our proprietary technology. This role is central to enhancing our product infrastructure and optimizing interactions with our global partners.Key areas of responsibility exist across the 3 main pillars of connectivity.PNR Acquisition: Oversee the acquisition of bookings made outside of the R&M infrastructure to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.Traveller Profile Integration: Manage the creation of traveler profiles through customer HR feeds and integrate with Umbrella Faces for comprehensive data alignment.Post-Trip Data Management: Ensure the successful handoff of post-trip files from our partner\'s back office systems to maintain data continuity and integrity.Technology Deployment: My team is tasked with the successful rollout of the Reed & Mackay technology suite across new partner markets, focusing on extending our infrastructure\'s reach and capabilities.Strategic Implementation: Identify components of the R&M infrastructure that are not yet global and develop strategies for their deployment to enhance our global market presence.
