ABOUT ANDY EVANS
I am a Lead Product Designer with over 10 years of experience. I excel at crafting user-centered strategies for complex enterprise SaaS products. I led the UX strategy for a 5-product Human Capital Management suite, improving administrative workflows and user experiences. I also conceptualized and launched Frontline\'s first native mobile app for K12 employees, and co-led the MVP of Frontline Central, which propelled Frontline to a $1 Billion 2017 acquisition, then a $3.7 Billion 2022 acquisition. Frontline Central is now used by over 1,700 school districts. I champion design consistency through reusable and accessible component libraries. I mentor junior designers and foster strong team relationships, earning a Core Value Award for cultivating an inclusive workplace.As a running enthusiast, I have completed 14 marathon (or longer) distance events in eight years, including 2 Boston Marathons via qualification. Prior to running, I moved a lot — 8 relocations in 20 years, highlights include: Born in New Jersey, then moved to Los Angeles for ten years, Nashville TN for ten, Philadelphia for college, then to New York City and am now enjoying raising my 2 sons with my wife in West Chester, PA. My formative years (middle school and high school) in Nashville I was an obsessive musician and recording engineer / aspiring record producer, playing in bands and recording in our home studio. Most of my drumming nowadays is performed on my steering wheel, but am still a recreational guitarist.I currently volunteer as a running coach at my son\'s elementary school 2 afternoons a week in the Fall and Spring. Our motto is one I carry with me at work as well:\"If you want to go far, go together.\"
