An exciting opportunity became available for me at TRB Lightweight Structures to set up and run a new composites department. I set up this new department in an a thriving and already well established organisation. I have been responsible for the initial setup and recruitment of the department. The 1st stage of the set up has been outstanding and with the investment of new, state of the art equipment we have already successfully completed several exciting and challenging projects.
