Prosperity Insurance are a Manchester based specialist Insurer in the Legal Expenses insurance (LEI), After the Event (ATE) insurance, Conveyancing Legal/Title Indemnity and Probate Executor insurance sectors throughout the UK.My role at Prosperity Insurance is that of the Head of Insurance & Business Development which encompasses managing a team of 6 people - 4 x Business Development Managers and 2 x Paralegals as well as sales to both Solicitors and Brokers directly of After the Event (ATE) Insurance products on a delegated authority basis covering Road Traffic Accidents, Accidents at Work, Public Liability Claims, Industrial Disease, Clinical Negligence, Housing Disrepair, Data Breach & Diesel Emissions as well as Be-spoke policies covering Commercial Litigation matters such as Professional Negligence, Contract Disputes, Contested Wills & Probate, Insolvency Litigation, plus many others matters. I am also responsible for sales to Solicitors & Brokers of our full suite of around 50 different Conveyancing/title Indemnity policies which are all accessed via our fully on-line system/process for policies such as No Search Lender, Breach of Planning Permission, Adverse Possession, to name but a few. Plus, our Probate Executor/Administrator insurance which is a BTE policy aimed at people who are executors or administrators of Estates where a dispute may be raised. We feel that whilst the LEI/ATE market is facing challenges, particularly in the personal injury arena, these changes also create opportunities for forward thinking participants. We can offer a wide range of options for all types of LEI policies and Conveyancing Indemnities and welcome enquiries from Solicitors, Insurance Brokers, CMC\'s and Accident Management companies.
