Tasked with supporting the execution of LINX Companies’ marketing strategies, communications, and public relations activities, both externally and internally. Responsible for enhancing the retention reach of both camp companies. Duties include spending time in the field to build relationships and gather ideas for reels and posts, planning and creating reels for staff-facing social media, and posting three or more times a week on staff social accounts. They also create customer-facing videos, attend weeknight events at Lasell University to understand the international experience and foster relationships, and occasionally collect content. Additionally, participate in weekend day trips, paid by the company, to gather content, create an end-of-summer NEOC reel for both staff-facing and customer-facing social media, and develop an end-of-summer video for NEOC counselors. Also, collaborate with the Executive Director to develop a recruitment brand guide and create social content leading up to the recruitment fair.
