Hi there! I\'m Andrew, a proud graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology. Throughout my academic journey and beyond, I\'ve garnered a broad range of experiences in the IT field, honing my skills and expertise along the way.I excel in areas requiring meticulous attention to detail, priding myself on my observational, organizational, and communication skills. My professional forte lies in technical support and troubleshooting, helpdesk ticket management, and delivering superior customer service. With a robust understanding of computer hardware and software, I am adept at remote desktop support, basic network troubleshooting, incident management, and Active Directory administration. My commitment to precise documentation and reporting ensures seamless information flow and enhances operational efficiency. My journey began as an IT Helpdesk Specialist intern at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital, where I supported users via phone, email, and in-person interactions. This role allowed me to refine my skills in file organization, spreadsheet management, and report generation. I also became proficient with tools like Active Directory and Lansweeper. My dedication and performance quickly turned this internship into a full-time opportunity.Before my time at the hospital, I served as a Technical Support Specialist at the Center for Teaching and Learning at SFASU. In this capacity, I provided essential technical support and customer service to the university\'s community, including students, faculty, and staff. My responsibilities ranged from responding to helpdesk inquiries to troubleshooting hardware and software issues, all while contributing to special projects.
