ABOUT ANDREW SAUNDERS

I’m a 2024 graduate of the Western Michigan University Haworth College of Business where I studied Human Resources Management.As I enter the workforce, what excites me most is being able to help people accomplish their goals and create value in the culture of an organization. I believe that people are stronger and can achieve more together.I had the pleasure of working as a recruiting strategist at Kelly Education during the summer of 2023. There, I learned how discern top candidates and move them to the onboarding process. Focused, I often rated in the top of the veteran recruiting team.At WMU, I reestablished Club Golf where I exercised leadership and management skills as the president of the club. I am also a founding member of the Phi Delta Theta chapter where we are committed to help everyone be the best version of themselves through sound learning and moral rectitude. I served as the Brotherhood Director and Chaplain of the chapter where I engaged our membership to participate in weekly events.
