ABOUT ANDREW PEACHEY

I\'m a highly effective change management leader, business analyst, and project manager with expertise in technology and operational alignment, resistance management, process improvement, organizational impact and risk analysis.I was born in North Vancouver, BC, Canada with dual citizenship as my parents immigrated from the UK. I’ve lived in Canada, Australia, Vietnam, and Spain. I’m passionate about travel and have visited 35 countries and counting. At an early age, I took to puzzles, word games, crosswords…games that required problem-solving. Eventually, I became interested in LEGO and to this day I’m an enthusiast who enjoys building complex models like the Lamborghini, Parisian Café, and Grand Piano. Before you laugh, you should know that executives at The LEGO Group estimate there are adult lovers of LEGO worldwide. During my career, I’ve served as a Technical and Business Case Writer, Business Analyst, Senior Business Advisor, Project Manager, Change Management Specialist, and an English Instructor to adult learners in Vietnam. As a change management professional, I have helped large organizations successfully navigate the complexities of multi-million-dollar enterprise technology and operational alignment projects through expertise in resistance management, building sponsorship coalitions, and raising awareness of derailers.I am an analytical high performer who leverages quantitative data and qualitative feedback to measure pre- and post-implementation effectiveness in key performance areas including employee readiness and engagement, user adoption, and speed of uptake. My professional mission is to align people with organizational change through empathy, training and mentoring, transparent communication, establishing trust with key stakeholders, and inspiring a sense of shared purpose among employees. As for my fascination with LEGO, I learned that everything in life is a process and achieving organizational success requires sound strategy with a focus on the big picture and effective execution of concrete steps that build on each other; adaptability, patience, focus, attention to detail, and persistence. Looking back, I’m grateful for the experiences I’ve had traveling and living in other parts of the world as it has given me a high degree of cultural sensitivity, the ability to embrace differences, and the capacity to influence a wide variety of people. Simon Sinek is quoted as saying; “There are only two ways to influence human behavior: you can manipulate it or you can inspire it.” I choose to inspire.
