ABOUT ANDREW J.

I have 11 years of experience recruiting for mid to senior level roles within the Food and FMCG Manufacturing sector. I’m experienced in Managing RPO’s (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and I managed all recruitment for a £100Mn turnover multi-site manufacturing business for several years. I’m skilled in leading and growing teams, retained search and interim recruitment with an extensive and ever growing network of mid to senior level Food and FMCG Manufacturing professionals. I’m excellent at advising on and managing end-to-end recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates, hence the plethora of recommendations I have received. I have a football mad 14 year old daughter who plays both Saturday and Sunday mornings so this keeps my weekends busy. I love sport both playing and watching. I play golf and tennis with my daughter, like a game of snooker or pool. I have a man cave with Sky Sports installed along with multi-gym, cycling machine and running machine and I’ve run the London Marathon and several half marathons in the past.
