Completing required personnel actions and documentation for all North America corporate salaried employees maintaining compliance per DOA. Executing SOX controls for divisional, non-plant salaried employees. Subject Matter Expert for HR SOX controls. Point of contact for all plant HR Managers as it pertains to SOX requirements. Partners with Sox Analyst for alignment of HR Control processes. Maintains HR Processes and Actions Matrix. Subject Matter Expert for all Human Resources Information Systems. Supports plant HR Managers and HR Leadership team as directed. Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations. Manages relocation processing (transfers and new hires). Supports Succession Planning process, for performance management systems and reporting Subject Matter Expert for People Development Review system. Coordinates Customer HR-related audits. With leadership oversight, provides key HR functional and administrative support for Payroll, Benefits, Employee Health and Safety, and Leave of Absence process (including Short Term Disability and FMLA) Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience. Assist sector HR leadership in projects as directed and needed.
