I started as the IT Service Owner responsible for the Global Reporting and Analytics capability in Seqirus. Following I&T consolidation across CSL Behring and Seqirus, I am currently the Seqirus SAP BI Solution Architect.Within this role, I have developed and delivered the BI Vision and strategy through a roadmap of successful BI implementation, Governance and Org Structure design. I am responsible for the ongoing BI Roadmap development at Seqirus across the Finance, Procurement, Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering and IT functions.Since joining, I have substantially and rapidly matured the BI capability through development of Technology (comprising SAP BW 7.5 on HANA - moving to SAP BW/4HANA in 2022, SAP Business Objects 4.2, SAP Analytics Cloud implementation and integration with other technologies including R, and SAS JMP). To support this rapid maturation in technology, I have developed the Governance capability and helped develop the Organisation Structure capability in parallel to realise the defined BI Vision. I was instrumental in the execution of our BI Strategy to consolidate onto cloud through the consolidation of our two disparate BI estates into one BW/4HANA, Business Objects and SAP Analytics Cloud environment within a MS Azure data centre. We are leveraging our SAP Analytic Cloud investment to enable self-service BI through Power Users and planning and predictive analytics capability Enterprise-wide to drive down TCO across the IT estate and enable Enterprise-wide planning, advanced analytics and insights using SAC\'s Predictive and generative AI capabilities.I am currently involved in two critical path SAP projects: I am the lead SAP BI Solution Architect for the SAP RISE project - to upgrade and migrate both SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Business Objects applications into an AWS environment. I am also supporting project Unify to consolidate on a single S/4HANA instance and integrate SAP Datasphere for all Business entities.
