ABOUT ANDREW BROERE

I work with Christian school leaders who are still showing up — but are tired of carrying everything alone.I’ve spent years inside schools that were growing, shrinking, or quietly grinding forward. Today, I’m also learning from a very different environment — working in quality assurance on a production floor — and noticing how systems, pressure, and pace shape the people inside them.I’ve served as a principal, adjunct professor, and leadership coach in Christian education.
