My role requires me to develop, manage, and continuously improve a highly customized Salesforce org, deployed to over 1500 users. Core responsibilities include- Serve as a Senior BA / Solution Architect on major projects - Develop / Support / Optimize Salesforce Integrations.(Eloqua, Mulesoft, SAP, Anaplan, AppDirect)- Data Management, mass uploads and updates (includes major Org migrations)- Manage Complex Role, Forecast, and Territory Hierarchies- Report and Custom Dashboard development- Review new Business requirements with various Departmental leaders and recommend best solution(s)- Train & onboard newer/Junior members of the Salesforce Platform team & other SFDC power users- Establish & enforce repeatable and structured QA testing for any new Salesforce functionality- Troubleshoot complex scenarios raised as bugs - Follow stringent DevOps processes and Deployment cycles within an Agile environment.
