As Director of Capital Markets at LandGate, I lead strategic engagement with infrastructure funds, institutional investors, private equity sponsors, and lenders. I connect them to parcel-level insights on renewable energy, transmission grid access, power pricing, and environmental risk. My work supports underwriting, project finance, M&A diligence, and asset strategy in a rapidly evolving energy and data infrastructure landscape. Before LandGate, I advised financial institutions nationwide at Moody’s, where I focused on risk technology adoption and relationship growth. My background includes a decade in commercial banking and credit, giving me firsthand perspective on how data and modeling can unlock better decisions, from due diligence to deal execution. I earned my degree in Agricultural Business Management from North Carolina State University and completed the North Carolina School of Banking program at UNC Chapel Hill.
