I am a Senior Manager of Solution Architecture at Coupa Software, where I lead a cross-regional team of 12 Solution Architects focused on delivering best-in-class Source-to-Invoice solutions for global enterprises. My role combines deep product expertise with leadership - helping customers unlock value, ensure compliance, and drive procurement transformation at scale. As a key member of the professional services practice, I support customer scoping and SOW creation, while also serving as an executive sponsor on strategic projects.Over the past 5+ years at Coupa, I’ve progressed through roles as Lead Solutions Architect and Principal Solutions Architect, consistently working at the intersection of technology, process design, and customer success. Prior to Coupa, I built my consulting foundation at KPMG Canada, advising Fortune 500 clients as a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain Advisory. My career began in financial services with Scotiabank, where I developed expertise in strategic sourcing, e-procurement, and transaction banking—giving me a strong grounding in both financial rigor and operational excellence.Across these experiences, I’ve developed a strong track record in:Solution Architecture & Delivery: Designing and deploying transformative SaaS at scale.Leadership & Enablement: Building high-performing architecture teams, mentoring talent, and driving cross-functional alignment.Strategic Advisory: Partnering with executives to shape sourcing, contracting, and spend management strategies.Outside of work, I’m passionate about sport—both playing and watching—and I cherish time spent with my 4 young children.
