Stock Control Manager/ WMS System & Support Manager 2018 – Implemented a warehouse solution that could manage the same item product with different currencies in the same WMS using “owner” identification 20••••17 completed the WMS setup of three new warehouses including training, RF purchase and deployment and go live support within a challenging three month time scale. Introduced a new dynamic voice solution into three national depots – realising a 10% benefit in picking KPI’s. Key distribution contact for the system migration away from HRG/ARGOS systems and infrastructure in all depots – including PC’s, printing, replacement of all AP’s, network and move IT support from Fujitsu to Bunnings call centre. Delivered a x-dock solution for imported and domestic inbound supply into five depots 20••••16 Upgraded the Homebase WMS across ten distribution sites. Set up and implemented a new Labour Standards solution and Alerting/Reporting module. Introduced a warehouse management Slotting solution to the Business to optimise utilisation of DC space and improve product picking strategies to best suit store requirements. 2013 – 2014 Was part of the one and two-man home delivery project, introducing customer ordering and home delivery into the business for the first time. Explored, tested and implemented new functionality in WMS (unzoned and batch picking) and pack stations to five depots 2012 - Transfer Habitat stock to Homebase WMS system, managed the WMS, set up, implementation and go live support. Negotiated new RF contract, saving on the distribution budget 2011 - Implement the required DC changes to facilitate the delivery of the Network Configuration plan, to maximise efficiency and reduce costs enabling a picking saving of Total efficiency saving was estimated at - achieved. Set up Doncaster depot including stock migration with additional configuration to store, pick and despatch bedrooms
