I have tried more than 20 cases to verdict in New York state and federal courts, representing individuals and companies in high stakes litigation and regulatory proceedings. My unique experience as a former attorney with the Manhattan Criminal Defense Practice of the Legal Aid Society and a white-collar criminal defense firm enables me to guide clients effectively and efficiently. My practice includes representing and counseling clients through criminal and civil government matters, including the SEC and other federal and state regulators. My goal in each representation is to prioritize my clients’ goals and to minimize and mitigate the impact high stakes litigation can have on their businesses and lives.
