I’m a litigator, an advisor, and a problem solver. I represent executives, professionals, and companies in high-stakes disputes, including securing insurance coverage and advancement rights, as well as resolving commercial conflicts, employment issues, and allegations of professional misconduct. What drives me is helping people solve their most pressing problems at the toughest times. Legal disputes can feel overwhelming, whether it’s an insurer denying coverage, a former employer refusing to pay defense costs, or a business relationship falling apart. My role is to step in with calm, clarity, and a plan. I’ve built a reputation for recovering millions in insurance and advancement for clients, and for finding financial and strategic solutions where others don’t. I handle advancement and indemnification claims brought by officers, directors, and employees; advise companies on insurance coverage and strategy; counsel individuals on their rights related to employment terms such as non-competes and deferred compensation; and represent companies in sophisticated contractual disputes and other high-stakes commercial issues. Clients trust me to bring parties together. I take pride in finding off-the-path solutions, the overlooked clause, the underused policy, the conversation no one else thought to have, and turning them into real money or a clean resolution. I serve as General Counsel to Harris St. Laurent & Wechsler LLP, a Chambers and Benchmark-ranked litigation boutique known for handling complex, high-profile matters with precision and discretion. I lead the firm’s insurance recovery practice, where I leverage my prior experience representing insurers to identify and unlock coverage others miss, often without going to war or damaging the client’s relationship with the carrier. My goal is to solve the problem, not escalate it unnecessarily. I’m a husband, father of three girls, live music fan, amateur chef, and hiker.
