Installing cisco Switches and getting the network ready for VOIP nortel phones programing phones with ip addresses and firmware over seeingthe install with sometimes 10 men from echo deploying upto 650 phones in an evening ripping the old phones out aswell as creation of patching records this was demanding and very long hours but very enjoyable.
