ABOUT ANDREW MILLS

I love solving problems. Having spent the last 20 years developing a wealth of experience implementing & supporting IT solutions and processes of all shapes and sizes enables me today to help people across all levels to minimise the risks associated with IT decision-making followed by successful implementation, adoption and realising business value.Having always being curious about how things work and coupled with a constant desire to learn more, this mindset has stayed with me throughout my professional career and evolved into a unique skillset across operational, technical, project, product and account management resulting in me playing pivotal roles across some of the largest IT implementations that some Companies have experienced in the last 10-15 years.Simply put, I am passionate about things working to their maximum capability and love nothing more than immersing myself in ecosystems of automated tools and processes to understand what needs to be done to make them work to their potential. Whether it is maximising investment, matching technology to corporate goals or maybe making folks feel proud about what they do, typically my role involves bringing people together through \"value-driven\" governance models or technology roadmaps which outline when goals will be achieved and what it will take to get there.When I am not solving problems for my clients, I am a proud parent trying to crack the parenting code who enjoys running, sampling weird and wonderful IPAs and avidly keeping abreast of new tech!Specialities: Relating, Collaboration, Analysis, Research, Management, Achieving and Having Fun -)
