ABOUT ANDREW MAXWELL
I started my shop fitting career in 1998 where I served a 4 year apprenticeship NVQ 1 -4 working at Nason Foster as a bench joiner before moving on to site as a fixer. In 2002 I became a foreman working on next, world duty free shops and Kurt Geiger. I then moved up to site agent in 2004 running all my own jobs. After gaining valuable experience at Nason foster I moved to Esprit Uk in 2010 working in the same role running jobs in uk and Europe for high end retailers. At the end of 2014 I was promoted to project manager to work on a 8 month project at selfridges manchester which was a very successful project. Working under a senior contracts manager. In July 2015 I was promoted to Contracts Manager. Since then I have been promoted to account manager on Selfridge running jobs at Manchester, Birmingham and Oxford street London. I have also been working on Lululemon In the U.K. And Europe. Lego and Tesla projects including European projects. This year i have been working on the Windsor Lego Big shop a 14 week project which handed over end of March 2021. Currently working on numerous of Selfridge projects around the regional stores and currently working on a flagship Lego store in Tivoli gardens Copenhagen Denmark. I am really enjoying my work I have now been working in the shop fitting industry for 25 years.
