With over 20 years of experience in the property and social services sectors, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to make a positive impact on the lives of people with disability. I have a strong background in project management, sales, and digital marketing, as well as a PRINCE 2 certification. As the General Manager of Local Area Coordination Operations at Feros Care, I oversee the delivery of the LAC contract across five service areas in Australia, ensuring high-quality and consistent services for our participants and partners.In my current role, I lead a team of over 150 staff who provide information, planning, and coordination support to people with disability, their families, and carers.
