I am overseeing the commercial development and licensing of Born Maverick\'s exciting and novel plant-based food products. Born Maverick is a bio-engineering company that develops core food ingredients and formulations from sustainable plant-based sources of proteins that food producers can turn into unique and sellable products. The company produces milk alternatives from ancient (highly prebiotic) grains and develops non-meat or dairy alternatives like shrimps and scallops from seaweeds, plant-based egg and many more. Our pipeline is exploring algal, fungi based, and cell cultured solution based products for a range of product segments.
