I head up the Global Derivative confirmation team in Canary wharf, with responsibility for Global confirmations onshore and offshore teams. I manage cross product and multi asset class teams in London, Paris, Malaysia, India and Canada along with multiple smaller regional sites. We cover Equity, Credit, Rates, FXO, and Notes documentation through electronic and manual drafting platforms.My role includes a strategic and tactical change agenda, control and risk, budget management and cross asset stakeholder management across both operations and front office.
