Standardise the suite of project schedule templates to be used for ID Projects within the Project Server environment• Coordinate the creation, change management and status updating of project schedules within the Project Server environment with PM’s / SPM’s on a monthly basis for all projects within IMD (including close-out projects, external projects, remote communities and new business development)• Manage the quality of scheduling interface with stakeholders and ensure due, timely consideration is made during the development and delivery phase of the project• Providing DCS data to support a resources management vision to Project Managers and SA Water service providers (Procurement / Environment / PWC / Treasury and Finance / Project Review Committee / Minister Liaison Unit / Engineering / Regional Workshops / etc) • Provide a specialist analysis and feedback service to Project Managers to incorporate other business units (external / internal / construction / contractor) project schedules
