Skilled in conducting comprehensive site assessments and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Duties include.• Design and develop solar PV and battery storage systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients, including in-roof, on-roof, and ground mount applications.• Produce precise technical designs using CAD software (PVSol, Open Solar, SolarEdge Designer) to meet client specifications and project requirements.• Compile detailed proposals for clients, calculating system performance and financial returns to align with their goals.• Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate solar installation feasibility and optimize system performance.• Utilize surveying equipment and software to collect precise measurements and document site characteristics.• Collaborate with project managers and installers to ensure successful project completion and compliance with MCS standards.• Manage DNO applications and create single line diagrams for solar installations.• Represent the company at B2B sales events, effectively communicating technical aspects of solar designs to potential clients.• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in solar design processes.
