I’m fascinated with people and love being involved in things that make a difference. Whether that is a customer having a great onboarding journey, a colleague developing and progressing in their career or a stranger navigating through a redundancy situation, I want to help!Throughout my career I have been exposed to all kinds of situations which has taught me resilience, compassion and empathy. I have been that guy that people turn to when they need something extra and can proudly say I have made a difference to many people lives.I love a good project and doing things differently. I inherited a programme and made vast improvements by streamlining processes, raising awareness and centralising the data. This resulted in simplified processes, increased engagement in the programme and data extracts taking minutes rather than days.I’m an excellent coach and mentor. I once fixed a colleague from continuously failing to achieve their sales target to exceeding every month in one conversation by simply changing their mindset.This is just a snippet of my career to date and if this has struck a chord of interest in me then let’s get connected and go from there.
