With over a decade of experience in the aerospace industry, I am passionate about connecting talented individuals and exciting opportunities in this sector. With a strong understanding of the current job market and a commitment to building genuine relationships, I\'m dedicated to helping both businesses and professionals achieve their goals.I have worked as both a Mechanical Fitter and Manufacturing Engineer on rotary and fixed wing projects. This has allowed me to build strong relationships between shop floor staff and supporting functions throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence, reliability, and adaptability, consistently striving to achieve a high standard in all tasks.My mechanical training coupled with practical experience across a diverse range of aerospace platforms has equipped me with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in repair, maintenance, and production, and I am continuously seeking opportunities to leverage my skills and knowledge to drive forward-thinking solutions and contribute to the advancement of the aerospace industry.With recent experience on new product integration projects, I have worked closely with project leads, overseeing the build and leading fitters through their daily activities to ensure on time delivery and correct assembly.
