Highlighted functions in my role include:(1) Engagement Delivery: Leading client engagements with thought-leadership on technology strategy and adoption; includes end-to-end activities of creating targeted approaches, working directly with client stakeholders to define recommended solutions, and directly managing expectations of executive sponsors (2) Building New Technology Practices: Incubating new advanced technology practices within Softchoice at startup pace and built for enterprise scale; includes defining go-to-market strategy, commercialization strategy, and service-offering development and testing (3) Deal Creation & Management: Competitively pitching Design Studio engagements while managing deal lifecycles; includes full opportunity due-diligence of deal pitching to closure, drafting and negotiating statements of work, and enabling organizational specialty selling team functions (4) Strategic Alliances: Fostering strategic alliances with leading technology partners for mutual cooperative development; includes collaborating on co-funded opportunities and developing co-created success programs
