ABOUT ANDREW CARPENTER

I am a graduate of Photography and Digital Media who has worked within Creative, Customer Experience, Hospitality, Tech Start-Up and Retail industries over the past 19 years. I have excellent communication, creative and IT skills and applied this to every role I have performed, going above and beyond my competencies and capabilities. My previous employment, Just Eat, gave me the opportunity to push the boundaries of my core responsibilities and create visual content in line with the business needs, working collaboratively with the management team and internal departments. This content was used for many areas of the business for training purposes, Sales and CC Conferences and Restaurant interviews for Marketing. Beyond this, my work ethic and determination helped me progress to 5 different positions within my 5 years at Just-Eat from Customer Care, Restaurant Services to Sales and Business Development.Now currently completing 2 years at Gett, working as a Call Centre Manager, I am responsible for managing a team from 10 to 19 agents per shift, planning resource, tasks, one 2 ones, training and supporting Team Leaders on shift. Overseeing that B2B, B2C and drivers complaints and enquiries are responded and resolved, via telephone, email, social media, live chat and salesforce within the SLA’s set by the department. Through Gett and my previous employer Just-Eat, I would be considered an approachable, reliable, enthusiastic team player, with a calm approach and a willingness to see challenges through to completion. I also have the capacity and eagerness to grow within the start up industry and would like the opportunity to prove this.
