It has taken some time but UKBIC is now fully open. For me the journey of the last 20 months has been a massive learning curve but an extremely satisfying one. I now know my anode from my cathode and what happens when those little lithium ions travel between them. I still have a lot to learn. In this industry there are new innovations being announced almost daily so I probably will never know enough!We have recently added resource to the Business Development team which enables me to now focus my attention to our module and pack capability and the training packages we are developing to upskill the workforce that the UK is going to require to operate the UK gigafactories and their supply chains.
