ABOUT ANDREW BOYER
My greatest skill is the ability to learn fast and fail quickly to success. I thrive in environments that utilize my analytical problem-solving and collaborative attitude to develop solutions. No job is too big or too small for me, and I am comfortable doing whatever the team needs to deliver results. I have worked in policy, communications, and campaigning, always with an eye towards using digital tools to create efficiency. Developing skills in digital design and data management, I have solved problems in a variety of contexts, from stakeholder management in large policy questions to individual fundraising efforts. No matter the situation, I can quickly diagnose issues and iterate to find solutions. While in school, I emphasized graduate level seminars and did work in the Law School, Public Policy School, and the graduate College of Arts & Sciences, ultimately graduating with a cumulative 3.8 GPA. I wrote two thesis-length papers in addition to many term papers. I also worked as a research assistant for Professors in departments as varied as History, Sociology, Law, and Economics. Extracurricularly, I worked on a number of research journals, both in a founder/executive role as well as in an editor/contributor capacity. I worked on fundraising, team management, and event coordination. I also developed print and graphic design skills while creating websites and digital advertising.
