I am enhancing Riverside School\'s profile by managing the school\'s website, sending a weekly e-newsletter to allied constituents, as well as redesigning collateral materials for a uniform look. I am writing and distributing press releases,as well as pitching news stories to media outlets. Additionally, I have enhanced the school\'s social media profile by managing Riverside\'s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn presence.• Creating and sending weekly e-mail newsletter for the school.• Managing information and media collection from Leadership Team and Office Manager.• Using database software to publish newsletter and managing database distribution list.• Posting the school’s weekly e-newsletter to the school’s website.• Content provider for Riverside’s website and updating the site on a daily basis.• Coordinating branding and updates with website host.• Managing the school’s presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn• Developing new collateral print materials, including brochures, documents, ads, posters and the school’s Annual Report for a consistent look.• Liaison with companies for print materials.• Spearheading the creation and procurement of advertising.• Writing and distributing press releases and corresponding awareness articles.• Meeting with the Head of School weekly to report on Marketing and Communications.
