Working closely with USTA National and USTA Eastern to lead early development camps for high performance orange ball players in the NJ, NYC and Long Island area. Lead a staff of 4-6 coaches in implementing the curriculum developed by USTA National for the camp that day. Conducting a parent presentation to go over player development, the pathway for competition and what is ideal training for their child right now. Afterwards sending feedback to parents about how their child did in the camp and areas of focus to work on for the next camp.
