ABOUT ANDRÉ KOVAC

I taught my first student when I was ten. 29 years later, I still get the same rush from watching someone\'s eyes light up. Whether they are engineers, managers, career-changers or kids at science festivals - curious adults from all walks of life.What I\'ve learned: Complex things don\'t have to feel overwhelming! Whether it\'s AI agents, React Native, or Mandarin tones - with the right approach and learning environment, learners will have AHA moments where it clicks. Finding the perfect approach and creating those learning environments is what I do.My mission is: Teach to empower.I help curious, capable adults master complex skills, like languages or emerging technologies. How- Through playful, hands-on learning that builds real-world confidence and deep understanding.My background is a colorful mix: I studied Cognitive Science and Applied Mathematics (both with distinction), taught myself web development, led teams as CTO, built products with machine learning, competed in 22 hackathons across eight countries, and speak German, English, Chinese, Indonesian and some Spanish.I’ve led technical workshops for engineering teams at Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, DATEV, and Rewe, and brought hands-on understanding about AI and modern software engineering to managers at McKinsey and Roland Berger. I also speak on stages about everything from neural networks to Chinese culture.Now I\'m building something new: A personalized language learning program rooted in what’s spoken in the real-world.
