I architect AI systems that ship — from zero to production, at enterprise scale.Over the past decade I\'ve been at the intersection of applied AI and systems architecture, working on everything from reinforcement learning for financial portfolios to the AI platforms powering some of the largest enterprise software in the world.Most recently, I built ServiceNow\'s AI Voice Agents product from the ground up — no prior company expertise, no existing talent pipeline, no playbook. I did the research, defined the architecture, staffed the team, and delivered a production system. This included designing the full cascading multi-model voice pipeline (VAD → STT → LLM → TTS) that makes real-time voice AI work at enterprise scale.
