Working with multiple brands on their marketing needs. Kineya UK- Supported Dong Hyun Kim (founder of Wasabi, sushi & bento) in launching the Japanese Udon concept in the UK. This included all opening support from photography, pr, forecasting, kiosk set up, packaging, digital marketing (social, web & crm) and opening support. Pure- Consulted at QSR Pure in building, integrating and delivering a CRM//SCV platform fully integrated with all consumer touchpoints (website, app, social, wifi, loyalty, pos). As part of this project, we built a platform that allows for owned channel delivery & c+c with emphasis on a subscription membership for b2c customers. As part of the project I developed a triggered & behavioural comms strategy and implemented it for launch. The project included loyalty in the form of vouchers & coin functionality. Waffles Etc- Conceptualised, developed and launched an all day dessert restaurant brand in Wales for expansion across the country.
