ABOUT ANDREI C. IORDACHE
I lead global automotive pre-sales and strategy at the intersection of location intelligence, software-defined vehicles, and AI-enabled mobility systems.With more than 15 years in the automotive industry, I have worked across product strategy, connected services, e-mobility, and automated driving — giving me an end-to-end perspective on how vehicles are evolving into intelligent, software-centric and increasingly autonomous systems.In my current role at HERE Technologies, I lead a global team supporting OEMs and technology partners in deploying location-based software solutions for Digital Cockpit, ADAS and automated driving. My work sits at the boundary where AI models, sensor data, and physical-world representation — what is increasingly described as embodied intelligence or Physical AI. I have contributed to record automotive bookings by aligning product, engineering, and go-to-market strategy around autonomy roadmaps and software-defined architectures. Prior to this, I led electric vehicle ecosystem development across 28 European markets and managed connected services portfolios supporting digital cockpit and telematics platforms.I am particularly interested in how AI systems transition from simulation and model development into safe, production-grade deployment in real-world environments. Building teams that operate effectively across technical depth and commercial strategy is a core part of how I create impact.
