With over a decade of experience leading and executing large-scale factory projects in the automotive industry, I have recently joined Linesight as Director - High-tech Manufacturing. Over the span of my career, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and domain expertise, and have demonstrated a track record of success in delivering complex projects under challenging market conditions. My expertise lies in translating strategic objectives into actionable execution programs, starting from identifying the right manufacturing location, over developing holistic factory layouts for construction realization, to leading cross-functional teams to a successful start of production. In recent years, I have spearheaded extensive automotive factory greenfields and expansions across Europe and North America, and driven the strategic transformation of the global manufacturing footprint of a major automotive supplier. Linesight provides professional consultancy services, management support and strategic advice to the global construction industry. From initial concept to project completion, we have been helping clients to build their businesses since 1974. We have developed long-lasting relationships with some of the biggest companies in the world and have earned a reputation as a world leader in our field, and are continually evolving our offer to best meet our clients\' needs.
