ABOUT ANDREAS SCHALLER

18 years of experience in investor relations and communications, including 9 years as Head of Corporate Communications & IR of a DAX-30 company. Broad communication expertise covering media relations, investor relations, internal communication, sustainability, internet, intranet and public affairs. Specific experience includes- setup and development of investor relations teams and processes as well as financial and sustainability reporting- internal and external communication in M&A situations, including the integration of acquired businesses- contribution to the development of sustainability strategy and goals in line with capital market expectations- management of sustainability ratings and corporate engagement processes with special focus on climate change and human rights Keen perception, analytical thinking and diplomatic skills complement my communication expertise.
