Responsible and Accountable for Operational Excellence, by improving and documenting operational processes resulting in consumer friction, reducing Contact to Order Rate from 5% to 3%4. Implemented localized policies, controls processes and operations per country reducing fraudulent Goodwill Credit claims by 80%5. Supported with Internal fraud monitoring and investigations, closing loopholes for fraudulent refunds6.
