Based at Grünenthal´s Headquarters with solid reporting line to the Head Commercial & Corporate Procurement\\\\n\\\\n•International Sourcing activities and responsibility for assigned spend areas/ sub-categories:\\\\n-primary responsibility for Global Fleet Category (800+ vehicles)\\\\n-IT & Telco Category (Software, Hardware, IT Services, Information Management)\\\\n\\\\n•Leading the tactical procurement part within Source2Contract, execution of RFQ and RFI, negotiations and contracting\\\\n\\\\n•Acting as Procurement Business Partner and key contact for budget holders and leadership teams\\\\n\\\\n•Development and execution of procurement category strategies\\\\n\\\\n•Assessment and evaluation of demand requirements raised by countries/ entities: Demand Management with strong focus on saving generation\\\\n\\\\n•Analysis and reporting to identify bundling effects, framework contracts and catalogues\\\\n\\\\n•Supplier Performance Management/ Supplier Relationship Management\\\\n\\\\n•Ensuring Compliance across functions and departments regarding Tendering and Contract Management (Third Party Due Diligence Checks, GDPR-Agreements, NDA, etc.)\\\\n\\\\n•Contribution on change and continuous improvement initiatives for optimization of the Global Procurement organization and spend categories to increase efficiency and reduce costs\\\\n\\\\n•SAP MM, E-Procurement Tools\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
