ABOUT ANDREA NEUMANN
I am a listening leader who creates sustainable value for people and organizations that believe in the power of true stakeholder engagement. With over 25 years of experience in corporate communications, my career spans consumer and B2B sectors in both agencies and companies, from start-ups to listed corporations. Since December 2012, I have been the Head of Corporate Communications at the innovative specialty chemicals group ALTANA AG. From 2007 to 2012, I led communications and marketing for Atradius, the world\'s second-largest credit insurer, covering Germany, Central, and Eastern Europe. Prior to that, I managed international media relations at LANXESS AG and worked for the Berlin Energy Agency, Sony Europe, and Publicis Consultants in Paris. My expertise includes managing change communications, particularly during major acquisitions and CEO transitions. I hold a Master\'s degree in Strategic Communication and PR in Europe, having studied in Cologne, Berlin, and Nancy (France).
