I currently reconcile credit card bills for Federal Government Clients in tandem with SAP Concur Online Travel booking software product. My Office is based in the Washington, DC area where my team is but with recent restructuring I am attached to an office in Newport Beach, CA but continue to work out of my home remotely from San Diego. I work with TMC\'s and other Travel vendors to include Airline, Car and Hotel Companies. Some Microsoft Access experience as well as Excel programs to complete reports.

ABOUT ANDREA J NEWLAND
I have worked in the Travel Management business for 26 years with roles ranging from travel agent to leadership to Travel Software Analyst in various roles. My experience has been primarily in Federal Government Travel as well as some experience in corporate and leisure travel. I previously worked with a well known travel agency,TMC, travel management company, Carlson Wagonlit Travel. In 2014 I joined Concur, a cloud based travel software company. Specifically a Tier II client support Analyst for Federal Government employees. I was an end user support member as well as troubleshooting software issues. In 2016, I joined the Tier Client Support TMC team, focusing on the travel side of our product, configurations, troubleshooting software issues and working closely with our TMC partners and escalations to R and D when needed. In 2018, I joined the CBA Reconcilation Team, reconciling Travel credit card bills for our Federal Government clients and working closely with TMC\'s and other Travel vendors to accuratley complete CBA Reconciliation Billing Reports. I am looking forward to exploring new opportunities as the ever changing fast paced travel industry grows and develops.In my spare time I love to attend music concerts (mostly 70s/90s rock ), read, write, swim, cook, travel, play trivia and most importantly spend time with my husband and our dog.
