Elsevier is a leader in information and analytics for customers across the global research and health ecosystems. I am currently responsible for a team of 7 Editorial Project Managers across the UK and Brazil, and accountable for the yearly delivery of over 500 content projects from signing to publication, and their release on the relevant platform. In addition to my own team, I coordinate with other departments such as Acquisition, Design and Production, and continuously strive to streamline processes when possible.
